QuBalt provides crypto-agility, secure software updates, and authentication of mission-critical data and QKD links, for systems that must stay secure when their cryptography is broken, and for their whole operational life.
QuBalt is an independent, R&D-driven deep-tech company providing quantum- and cryptanalysis-secure cryptographic solutions: algorithms, software, hardware, and IP combined into security systems. Our solutions are built on information-theoretically secure foundations, making them secure against both quantum and cryptanalytic attack. We serve the aerospace, defence, and critical-infrastructure markets, are a technology supplier to the European Space Agency (ESA), and support customers from research and consulting through to engineering and delivery.

QuBalt develops and delivers from Latvia and Germany, so the technology and its IP stay under European control. The security is sovereign by construction: information-theoretic authentication depends on no foreign-standardised algorithm and no external key infrastructure, so its guarantee is not bound to another nation's cryptographic policy or standards roadmap. We support the export licensing that aerospace and defence programmes require, and provide our export classification on request.
